During the 23rd National Congress of Hospitals and Healthcare Management, MSD Spain presented the Valora Manual, which is endorsed by SEDISA – Spanish Society of Healthcare Executives, and aims to define a management framework in the healthcare field that enables value-based decision making.
The Manual defines the relevant indicators and how to collect them for value-based management.
